Gentle Yoga
A great class for those who want a bit of a physical challenge, but are also looking to unwind and de-stress!
Asana Lab
A class geared towards delving deeper into the correct alignment and introducing beginners to asana. Great class for both beginners as well as those looking to deepen their understanding of postures.
Meditation in Motion
A restorative class that incorporates aspects of meditation with stretching and movement. This class will improve flexibility in body, mind and heart.
Vinyasa Sweat
This flow class focuses on linking postures together and coordinating movements with breath. This class will strengthen and improve flexibility. Vinyasa sweat is done in a heated room to help come deeper into your stretches and also encourages the body to release toxins.
Vin-Yin
30 minutes of a challenging flow to warm and strengthen the body, then 30 minutes of deep stretching and meditation to release tension and free blocked energy.
Advanced Asana
Our Vinyasa Flow class with a focus on journeying towards more advanced asanas. We will introduce inversions, deeper backbends, arm balances and pranayama. You do not need to have these in your practice to take this class - just a desire to have fun challenging yourself!
Vinyasa
This flow class focuses on linking postures together and coordinating movements with breath. This class will strengthen and improve flexibility.
Yin
This class is centered around holding passive poses for extended periods to deeply stretch connective tissues and enhance flexibility. It promotes relaxation and mindfulness, offering a counterbalance to more active yoga styles.
Yoga Sculpt
This flow class focuses on linking postures together and coordinating movements with breath. This class will strengthen and improve flexibility. Yoga Sculpt incorporates light weights and Pilates balls.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga is perfect for anyone with injuries or mobility issues particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up off of the floor. Chair yoga is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
Slow Flow
A slower paced vinyasa flow that focuses on mindful movement while integrating breath, awareness and alignment. Perfect for those looking for a gentler yoga flow while still creating a deep opening and stretch in the body.
Private Yoga Instruction
A one-on-one yoga session can be game changing for your practice! In these sessions, you will receive personalized training and alignment along with hands-on assists if you choose. Having an experienced teacher guide you will deepen your understanding of how to approach asana and tips on growing your own practice. Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to gain some knowledge before entering a group setting, or an advanced practitioner looking to deepen and personalize your practice, you can benefit from a private session!
